March House Farm beef, lamb and pork is all born and reared here on the farm, making it some of the best in the United Kingdom. In the Kitchen we are passionate about getting the most from this stunning produce, with little or no waste.
We don’t add any undesirable preservatives, flavourings or sugar to our meals.
The bone broth, beef and chicken stocks which add so much flavour to our pies are lovingly made from roasted bones, which is then simmered for 24 hours.
The jelly in our hand-raised Melton Mowbray pork pies comes from our own pork too.
Our scotch eggs are surrounded by our Farmer’s Choice pork mince, mixed with Mike Belcher’s award-winning black pudding and then coated in breadcrumbs made from the bread in the farm shop.
Our cakes, tray bakes, cookies, and puddings are all made freshly here in the kitchen.
