Late arrivals cannot be refunded or given extra time, so please allow plenty of time for your journey. The final slide will be called 10 minutes before the end of your session to allow the next session to begin on time.

A towel, swimwear or a wetsuit, or clothes you don’t mind getting wet (such as leggings or shorts with a T-shirt). Please note – a limited number of wetsuits are available onsite.
